Product Inspection
We encourage you to inspect the product thoroughly in front of the delivery person. If you find any defects or the item doesn’t fit, please return it immediately to the delivery person. (Note: You are responsible for paying the delivery fee when returning the product.)
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or higher value.
Exchange Policy
- Products can only be exchanged once.
- Exchanges must be made within 7 days and from our physical store.
- The item must be unused, clean, and in its original condition for the exchange to be accepted.
